Love your body and hug it all the way to the pose

The more you observe and attend to your body’s calling while you practice, the greater the chances of your body responding to your call to move and bend. You will encounter times where you will feel your body just cannot do a certain pose. It is at these times that you need to come to your body’s rescue. It is doing everything it can. It only needs a little more attention, care, love from you. Stand by your body and allow it to learn at the pace that best suits its nature, and you will find that it starts to give back to you in a way only it can.
